Riven notes

Ok... so this is totally dumb and I'm mostly just narcissistic in that I like my own hand writing... But I also did this for practice with my pen tablet.

I transcribed my note, stroke for stroke, from my notebook into photoshop... Yup, I even made the background and line layers to resemble my notebook. (I guess I should give credit to Mead for copying their notebook paper. >.> )

If the title's not obvious enough, these are a copy of the notes I've taken so far in my legit run-through of Riven: The Sequel to Myst.

This is so dumb, though, it'll go in my scraps before long.

Side note: The pen strokes.... I was hoping they'd look more like real pen strokes and be thinner, but firmer... like... more inky.... Any idea how to do that in PS CS3?
Side note 2: also... tablets are so weird... totally different sensation then writing/drawing with a real pen. >.> Any pointers?

Side note 3: I totally had no idea how to categorize this... I didn't want to put it in my scraps RIGHT away~



How come Atrus didn't give us our own pens and notebooks? He HAS to have lots. >.<
